How to Apply

Before applying, please read these instructions carefully.

Candidates will only be considered for a post shown in the list of vacancies and for which they specifically apply. Applications that are not for a specific open vacancy and/or received after the designated closing date will not be considered.

Only nationals of NATO member states and, in a number of cases (A-grade posts), only nationals of NAPMO-contributing states may apply for vacancies.


A separate NAPMA Application Form must be submitted for EACH vacancy; clearly indicating the Staff Vacancy number of the post you are applying for. You may also submit your curriculum vitae or résumé, but this can only be sent in addition to an Application Form in all cases. Applications that are not submitted on the NAPMA Application Form will not be considered.
